“Lust For Justice: The Radical Life & Law of J. Tony Serra”
Author/artist Paulette Frankl and her subject Tony Serra, the greatest counter-culture lawyer of our time, will discuss Serra’s life and some of his greatest political trials. Serra is known for defending Black Panther leader Huey Newton and winning death penalty acquittals for Chol Soo Lee, Patrick “Hooty” Croy and Bear Lincoln. He successfully defended Earth First! activist Judi Bari in the biggest win ever against the FBI.
