Progressivism is a Cancer: Beck

I think I should start a Know Your Enemies feature, make sure we are peeping over the warm cocoon of our own certainties. This guy Glenn Beck, doncha know, has a big, rabid following. See what he says and tell us why he has so many followers. “They’re idiots” does not count. And better, say how those with better ideas, more compassion, more financial acumen can prevail when the votes are all in.

Progressivism is a cancer in America,” said Beck, “and it’s eating our Constitution — and it was meant to eat our Constitution.”

Should we say “Conservatism is the Alzheimers of America? It’s making us forget our fundamental values….
