The Washington rumor mills are gearing up…we like what we are hearing.

Daschle Replacement Buzz: Bradley, Dean, Rendell, Sebelius, Kitzhaber

Compared to Daschle these are all sterling possibilities.

Update:

The National Organization for Women (NOW) has issued a statement recommending Michigan Senator Debbie Stabenow as the replacement nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services. The organization notes that the glass ceiling still exists for women in the halls of power in Washington.

I would like to encourage everyone to write to Washington, your representatives and congressmen or women to make sure they vote for the e-verify program to continue. It only makes sense that the American worker should be #1 in our country. Also the money from the stimulus package should only go to American workers and American products. It is so bad now that you have to search without results to even find products made here. It is a disgrace what has been done with these trade agreements that benefit foreign countries and not us. The US Chamber of Commerce the democratic party and most of the administration seem to be against preserving the jobs for citizens and legal residents. This new healthcare for children will be exploited by illegals if they do not put safety nets into it. The boarder must be closed, the criminals in jail must be sent back to their countries and we can save billions of dollars to get our own country back on tract. The fight against these gangs and Mexican drug lords has to be fought with much more ferver than what we have seen. I had great hopes for the country under President Obama but I am really worried now about some of the people that have been appointed to his cabinet. It seems that we could pay back a lot of out debt if the politicians would pay back their back taxes. How do they do it. If we the little people make a mistake they would attach our paychecks, even our social security checks. You figure. The fat cat bankers and CEO’s shgould have to return the money they paid themselves from the first bail-out, not just the ones that are now taking federal money. They wont ask for money anymore and what they already took is now lost. It’s a disgrace. Put Madoff in jail instead of letting him live in his luxury apartment. Put the millios he put up for his bail to better use and give it back to the people he cheated. Where is our sense of right and wrong anymore?? These people are laughing in our faces while they stuff their pockets with our money.
I am so angry about all of these things and I don’t even knowif this gets to anybody to read it. I know many people feel like me, but I am poor and helpless and powerless.
