Stephanie Grace of the New Orleans Times-Picayune joins with most of her editorial colleagues in taking Bush to taks for coming back to New Orleans empty handed: ” There was reason to expect something different out of this trip, if only because the president is on the defensive these days over Katrina matters, due to criticism over his big speech and the zest with which the new Democratic Congress has seized on recovery.”
