Election protection anyone? Why don’t the candidates and political parties deal with these pervasive and ongoing problems, even now 8 years after 2000’s election theft? I read the list of election problems in Penn. on Bradblog with dismay.

Pennsylvania Primary: Polling Place, E-Voting Problem Wire
Updated Throughout the Entire Day (and Night)…
Problem reports from polling places in PA, including voting machine malfunctions and long lines, began coming in early this morning. That could be an ominous sign, given that on most Election Days, the real extent of problems, at least with voting systems, aren’t full revealed until later, and often in the days after the election. See our report yesterday detailing concerns about e-voting equipment (though not from officials, who weren’t concerned at all) and whether there would be enough machines to go around (presuming they work at all) across Pennsylvania.
